Bodysteroid reserves the right to ship an order only if the following Terms and Conditions are accepted and your agreement is confirmed by email.

Product guarantee

Purchasing terms
Purchasing prescript-only medications from overseas you have to be aware of the laws and regulations of your country.

Delivery of products
Your order will be shipped 2-5 days after you made the payment.
Shipment delays caused by the Postal Service could occur, bodysteroid apologizes for them but takes no responsibility, they are outside of bodysteroid's control.
Single shipment = 10 days delivery.
EMS shipment = 4-5 days delivery.

Seizure and Lost policy
Bodysteroid offer 2 type of shipment, single or EMS.
 When you choose a single shipment (about 10 euros), Bodysteroid can't be sure that your wrinkles didn't arrive (no tracking internet), Bodysteroid can't  base that on the good faith of customer and can at best offered cases offered a discount on a future order to minimize losses.

As against when you choose the shipment by EMS (about 25-35 euros), Bodysteroid can control the receipt, so in case of trouble agree to bear a portion of the costs for return the order.
In this cases Bodysteroid share the risks.


Liability
If incorrect shipping information is provided, the order couldn't be delivered and further couldn't be returned to the sender. Bodysteroid takes no responsibility for lost orders or product damage caused by the Postal Service.
